Billy Bruce and the funeral industry

Mr William D Bruce (Billy) has been in the funeral industry since 1990, a year after the passing of his father in 1989. Since then he has seen many changes within the industry. One of the main concerns is the cost, and the enormous pressure it puts on families who have lost a loved one. Many elderly people put funds aside for their funeral or choose to pre-pay, but many others are unable to do this and find themselves in financial difficulty, in some cases unable to pay.

Some families lose a loved one very young. The devastation of that loss, combined with personal grief and all the emotions that come with it, is more than enough for anyone to cope with.
